Starting from July 1, Ukrposhta will establish new conditions for cash collection at its branches. Now individuals will be able to receive no more than 100,000 hryvnias per month, making no more than 10 transactions.
The company explained that this decision was made to comply with legislation and from the perspective of transaction security. They also emphasized that limits on cash on delivery remain unchanged.
'According to the risk analysis conducted, we are updating the conditions for accepting shipments with cash on delivery. However, in such a way that most of our clients will not feel it,' Ukrposhta stated.
For non-business clients, there are restrictions of 29,999 hryvnias per day and 250,000 hryvnias per month. However, entrepreneurs are advised to register as individual entrepreneurs or choose another form of business that suits their type of activity.
Ukrposhta continues to work for the benefit of clients, striving to ensure the safety and compliance of all operations with the law.
