On the evening of April 16, the cities of Dnipro and Izyum were attacked by Russian forces using drones.

This attack caused large-scale fires in the city. Civil infrastructure was damaged, including student dormitories, educational institutions, and food enterprises.

Currently, three fatalities and 28 injuries in Dnipro due to the shelling have been reported. Damage has been recorded at 10 different locations.

«In various areas of Dnipro, the aftermath of the attacks is already being addressed. Many heavy municipal vehicles are involved. Inspections will continue until morning, especially in private housing. Hospitals in the city are helping the injured», – wrote Dnipro Mayor Boris Filatov.

It is known that among the dead is a young girl and a middle-aged woman, but there is no information yet about the third victim of the Russian attack.

The youngest child injured by the Russian shelling is 9 months old.

«Residential buildings, dormitories, and several educational institutions were damaged. Emergency services, police, municipal services, and medical personnel are on site», – said Deputy Mayor Igor Makovtsev.

By the way, on the evening of April 16, Russian terrorists shelled the city of Izyum.

According to him, the occupiers launched a missile strike on the city. As a result of the Russian shelling, there are injured. A 35-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman were hospitalized.

A seven-year-old child was also injured. Additionally, Synegubov reported that a private house was damaged.
