As a result of the attack by Russian drones that occurred in Dnipro on April 16, a young woman was killed, and seven others were injured, reported the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military-Civil Administration, Serhiy Lysak.

Among the injured is a nine-month-old girl, whose condition is assessed as satisfactory. Medical personnel have already provided her with first aid at the scene.

Due to this hostile attack, several fires broke out in the city. Residential buildings, educational and cultural institutions were damaged, and cars were destroyed. One of the drones fell about 100 meters from the city council building, near the Pol's monument, the mayor of Dnipro, Borys Filatov, reported.

'Soon, more information about the 'destruction of NATO officers' will appear on hostile social media. Meanwhile, it is again the civilian population in Dnipro that suffers,' Lysak stated.

Additionally, a women's clothing store owned by the city mayor's wife was also damaged due to this attack.

Rescue workers, utility workers, law enforcement officers, and volunteers are currently engaged in eliminating the consequences of the attack.
