In November, Russia inflicted significant strikes on Ukraine's energy system, increasing the threat of blackouts during the winter period. According to Reuters, two waves of attacks - on November 17 and 28 - severely damaged Ukraine's energy infrastructure at the most critical Time. The latest attack, which occurred on Thursday, led to widespread power outages across the country.
