Everything will start on March 25: drivers warned about changes and new rules.

Changes and new rules for Ukrainian drivers.
The Deputy Head of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for digital innovation implementation, Andriy Onufriyi, reported on the changes and new rules for drivers.
The changes for drivers have already come into effect, but the final transition to the new system will take place on March 25, when the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will fully switch to a new queue management system.
The new electronic registration system for drivers operates automatically without manual intervention.
Each registration is individual and cannot be used by another person. If inconsistencies in the registration data are discovered during a visit to the service center, the driver may be denied service.
All drivers can obtain the service by pre-registering in the queue through self-service terminals or on the official website of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Online registration is available 21 days in advance. At the self-service terminals, you can register to receive the service on the same day, if there are available spots.
From March 11, some service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are operating under the new system, but the full transition to the new system will take place on March 25, when the new rules come into effect.
The new system ensures protection of the registration from external interference, which will improve service quality for drivers. Information about the registration will be sent to the citizen's email. In the future, SMS notifications are planned to be added, reminding about the date and Time of the registration.
