VLC until February 4: who among Ukrainians will continue their term of passing.

According to the information from the Deputy Head of the Office of the President Iryna Vereshchuk, more than a million Ukrainians with the category 'limited suitability' have not yet undergone the repeated military-medical commission (VLC) before the deadline - February 4, 2025.
Citizens were unable to undergo the medical examination due to the lack of invitations or due to long queues at the territorial centers of recruitment. The Deputy Head of the Office of the President noted that it is unrealistic to pass such a number of people through VLC.
Currently, work is underway to make legislative changes to extend the deadline for the repeated medical examination. The possibility of not applying penalties is also being considered.
The Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Health must organize the calls for citizens to the commissions and provide appropriate schedules for VLC.
We remind you of important dates
We remind you that all citizens who are recognized as limitedly fit for military service until May 4, 2024, must undergo a repeated medical examination by February 4, 2025.
The passing of the military-medical examination is possible only by the referral of the TCC, and the decision on fitness is valid for one year. For violations of the rules, a fine of 17,000 to 25,500 hryvnias is provided.
Beta testing of electronic referrals to VLC is being launched in the 'Reserve+' application, which will simplify the procedure for obtaining the referral.
Control over the work of the TCC and medical commissions is being introduced, and a bill on the responsibility of employees for violations of mobilization procedures is being developed.
