The government has changed the reservation procedure for SBU and intelligence employees.

The Cabinet of Ministers has modified the Reservation Procedure for military personnel with special accounting in the SBU and intelligence agencies

The Government of Ukraine has approved an updated Reservation Procedure for military personnel. From now on, it does not apply to military personnel with special accounting in the SBU and intelligence agencies, for which there is a separate Procedure. The changes relate to the reservation during mobilization and wartime.

The changes to the Procedure concern:

• the non-application of the Procedure to military personnel serving in the SBU and intelligence agencies of Ukraine;
• the alignment of the provisions of the Criteria and the Procedure with the Law of Ukraine dated March 25, 1992 No. 2232-XII "On Military Duty and Military Service" concerning the intelligence agencies of Ukraine.

It was also approved the Reservation Procedure for military personnel who are registered with the Security Service and intelligence agencies of Ukraine during mobilization and wartime.

The Procedure for Ensuring the Quality of Defense Products has been approved

The government also adopted a decision on the mechanism for state control over the quality of goods, works, and services for defense purposes, which are purchased for the needs of the security and defense sector, as well as in accordance with international contracts with NATO countries and partners.

A system for accounting damage caused to citizens as a result of the war has been developed

The government has developed a system that will help register personal non-property damages to citizens, such as the loss of loved ones or inflicted moral harm. This system will be part of the Unified Information System of the social sphere and will allow the state to officially document such cases.

The Regulations on the Unified State Register of War Veterans have been updated

Working parents of captured or missing war veterans will be able to officially obtain an extract from the register, which plays an important role in receiving benefits and social support.

The approach to individual rehabilitation programs for persons with disabilities has been changed

The government has aligned the Regulations with the new law that reforms the system of medical and social expertise. Now, the data will automatically go to the electronic cabinet of the person on the Social Portal of the Ministry of Social Policy, if there is a technical capability.

The updated decisions and changes in the Procedures and systems are aimed at improving the defense system and social support for war veterans and persons with disabilities. This is an important step in the development of the country and ensuring safety and harmonious development of society.
