Ukraine's Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov announced the start of a joint production initiative for Ukrainian weapons in the 'Ramstein' countries to meet Ukraine's needs. Following the meeting in the 'Ramstein' format, the minister stated that Ukrainian partners expressed a desire to build factories for the production of modern Ukrainian weapons in their countries.
«Partners are ready to manufacture Ukrainian weapons, Ukrainian designs in their countries under official license. Our position is unchanged: the main priority is the needs of the Defense Forces of Ukraine», - emphasized Umerov.
It was also noted that the production at partner enterprises will be directed to the needs of the Ukrainian army until the end of the conflict, with guaranteed funding and even possible additional funding.
