Ukrainian Junior Fencers Won Gold at the World Championship.

The Ukrainian female fencers became world champions in fencing with sabers among juniors. In the final match, they defeated the Chinese team with a score of 45:34. The lead changed throughout the fight, but the decisive factor was the last third of the match. Thanks to the victories of Valeriya Bilous-Hridzhak, Alina Dmytryk, and Anna Maksymenko, Ukraine made it to the top-5 medal standings, placing fifth after the USA, Italy, Egypt, and Canada.

It was also noted that the striker of the Ukrainian national football team and the club 'Roma', Artem Dovbyk, was named the best player of Serie A in March. He scored 3 goals in 4 matches and received a valuable card in the FIFA game. This was his first achievement of the monthly best player award and his first victory in the voting.

Moreover, the Olympic champion in classical wrestling and people's deputy Jean Belenyuk expressed his opinion on the words of 'Roma' head coach Claudio Ranieri, who stated the necessity for Dovbyk to engage in Greco-Roman wrestling. Belenyuk wrote that in three months, he could turn Dovbyk into the champion of Italy in Greco-Roman wrestling.

In the current season, Dovbyk scored 16 goals and provided 4 assists in 40 matches for 'Roma'.
