Ukraine is Ready: Podolyak Named Preconditions for Negotiations with Russia.

Ukraine is ready for negotiations with Russia, but under certain conditions
Mykhailo Podolyak, advisor to the head of the Presidential Office, stated that Ukraine is ready to hold negotiations with Russia, but under certain conditions. He reported this in an interview with Radio NV.
According to Podolyak, discussions should be based on the principles of international law, particularly on the preservation of Ukraine's territorial integrity and sovereignty.
The advisor emphasized that in order for the negotiations to be effective, pressure on Russia needs to be increased. He highlighted three key tools: increasing the supply of weapons to Ukraine and lifting restrictions on strikes against Russian military infrastructure, strengthening economic sanctions against Russia, and enhancing the country's diplomatic isolation.
"We must make the cost of war for Russia significantly higher," Podolyak stressed. He also noted that it is worth cooperating with neutral countries to explain to them the consequences of continuing Russian aggression.
The advisor also emphasized that Ukraine will not accept a freeze of the conflict or the preservation of the status quo on the front lines, as this would only mean the continuation of the conflict in other formats.
