A wrestling tournament in memory of the 'executioner of Mariupol' took place in Russia.


The second international Greco-Roman wrestling tournament in memory of Roman Kutuzov was held in the city of Suzdal, who was eliminated in June 2022 in Ukraine. The competition took place on February 14-15 and gathered over 180 wrestlers from 6 countries. The organizers of these competitions emphasized their commemorative value, noting that their main goal is to preserve the memory of the defenders of the homeland. The head coach of the Russian Greco-Roman wrestling team noted that the results of this tournament will determine the composition of the team that will participate in the European Championship.
There was also information about the elimination of the occupier Vadim Yamarshev in Ukraine by a military unit involved in supporting the armed forces of Russia. He was buried in January this year, but he disappeared last autumn. Relatives began searching for Yamarshev on the social network Vkontakte. According to reports, this military unit is known as the arsenal that supports the Strategic Nuclear Forces of the Russian Federation and is located in the city of Vologda-20.
Additionally, in the Kursk region, the occupier Alexander Rudi, who was a well-known athlete in Shotokan Karate-do, was eliminated. A tournament dedicated to his memory was held in Maykop. Russians confirmed that the invader was eliminated on the territory of the Kursk region. There is no precise information about the date and circumstances of his death.
