Premature death of Fedir Malikhina from drug overdose
Tragic event occurred for 34-year-old Russian hockey player Fedir Malikhina, who won the Gagarin Cup with the 'Ak Bars' team, he died in his apartment. It turned out that the cause of death was a drug overdose. According to Russian media, a few days before his death, Malikhina lost contact with his relatives. The athlete's body has been sent for forensic examination.
Fedir Malikhina had a long career in Russian hockey clubs. In 2018, he became the winner of the Gagarin Cup and the champion of Russia while playing for 'Ak Bars'. While playing for 'Avangard', he won a bronze medal in the KHL in the 2021/2022 season. Fedir finished his career in 2023.
