A Russian Military Drone Crashed in Latvia.

On September 7, a Russian military drone crashed in the eastern part of Latvia. Latvian President Edgars Rinkēvičs reported that the investigation into this incident is ongoing.
Rinkēvičs noted that Latvia is in close contact with its allies. He believes that the number of such incidents in eastern NATO is increasing and their resolution needs to be carried out jointly.
According to the Latvian Ministry of Defense, this incident occurred in the Rēzekne district.
Services continue to investigate the circumstances of this incident, but it is currently known that the Russian drone breached Latvian airspace from Belarus.
This is the first case of intrusion into Latvian airspace by a Russian drone since the beginning of the war.
On the night before Saturday, September 7, during an attack on Ukraine, at least eight Russian drones flew into Belarus. One of them was 70 kilometers from the border with Lithuania.
In Romania, locations where a Russian drone might have crashed are also being investigated. It breached Romanian airspace during Russia's attack on Ukraine.
