A cat was rescued in Kropyvnytskyi that was found among garbage
A story was published in Kropyvnytskyi about a cat that was wrapped in a net, placed in a bag, and thrown into the garbage. The animal was rescued by volunteers from the animal protection organization 'Bim'. They named the cat - Lucky. This information was reported by 'Suspilne'.
According to Olena Makusheva, a volunteer from 'Bim', the cat was found among the waste of the 'Ecostyle' company, which is involved in garbage collection. The cat was found in a tied bag.
Olena reported that other animals were also found - two dogs, but unfortunately, they were already dead. The guys who collected the garbage said that three bags were filled with animals. However, the cat was decided to be thrown away alive, wrapped in a net. The girl called this situation outrageous.
The cat was taken for examination by a veterinarian. It will receive preventive treatment against parasites and vaccination against diseases.
The spokesperson for the 'Ecostyle' company confirmed the information about the discovery of the cat in the garbage. She said that bringing the animal to the shelter was the initiative of one of the employees, which is supported by the company.
Analysis
This story highlights animal cruelty and people's irresponsibility. The cat was found tied in a bag and thrown into a dumpster. Fortunately, Lucky was saved. However, such cases indicate the need to strengthen control over animal treatment and change society's mindset. We must work together to solve problems and help stray animals, starting with our own actions.
