In Kyiv, apartments in new buildings have risen sharply: new prices.


Over the past month, the real estate market in Kyiv has seen a significant increase in prices. According to the LUN report, the cost per square meter in new buildings in the capital has increased by 1.49%, to an average of 51 thousand hryvnias. Prices depend on the housing class, for example, in the premium class it is about 110 thousand, in the business class 72 thousand, in the comfort class 43 thousand, and in the economy class 40 thousand hryvnias.
Over the past six months, there has been a rapid rise in prices for new buildings. Since the beginning of the year, they have increased by 18.72%, from 43 to 51 thousand hryvnias per square meter.
The highest prices are observed in the Pecherskyi district - up to 100 thousand hryvnias per square meter. Then come the Shevchenkivskyi (65 thousand), Podilskyi (63 thousand), and Holosiivskyi (53 thousand) districts.
The lowest prices are in the Darnytskyi and Desnianskyi districts - 44 and 40 thousand hryvnias respectively.
Recall, earlier we reported that Ukrainians will have to "share" money from the sale of apartments, and will have to give up almost a quarter of the amount.
