Kherson OVA Admits to Possibility of Provocations by Russian Army.

Russian occupiers may provoke actions on November 11, the day of Kherson's liberation from the Russian army. This was stated by the spokesperson of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Tolokonnikov. He urged the residents of Kherson to be cautious and stay at home.
Tolokonnikov noted that in the two years following Kherson's liberation from occupiers, the city was shelled, and many civilians died. In September of this year, 154 people were injured, and in October - 124. Hence, although the number of attacks has decreased, people remain cautious, and the armed forces continue to effectively counteract.
It is noted that the Russian army uses various drones such as Mavic and FPV drones to drop explosives on populated areas of the Kherson region. Electronic warfare measures do not counter these drones.
