The Ground Forces Commented on Rumors About the Mobilization of Reservists.

State authorities are conducting the reservation of military personnel who are to receive a deferment from conscription during mobilization. This is done at the territorial center for recruitment and social support, in the respective region.

Representatives of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine commented on the issue of the mobilization of reserved individuals.

According to the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution, after the formation and signing of the list of reserved military personnel through the 'Diia' portal, the transfer of such individuals to special military records is carried out automatically using the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Reservists, and Persons Subject to Conscription.

The message states that reservations that were recorded without the use of the 'Diia' portal are not automatically taken into account in the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Reservists, and Persons Subject to Conscription. In this case, state authorities, other state bodies, local self-government, enterprises, institutions, and organizations must send a notification about the reservation to the territorial center for recruitment and social support, where the military personnel is located.

The Ground Forces emphasize that without the notification about the reservation from the relevant centers and support services, data on such reservations will not be included in the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Reservists, and Persons Subject to Conscription.

The press service adds: 'In case there is no information about the reservation in the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Reservists, and Persons Subject to Conscription, responsible state authorities, local self-government, enterprises, institutions, and organizations must contact the relevant territorial center for recruitment and social support, where the military personnel is located.'

The Law on Reservation from Mobilization is Not Functioning

It is worth noting that the law on reservation from mobilization, stipulated in the amendments to the Tax Code, is still not operational.
