According to Rubio, the U.S. has agreed to a ceasefire in the Black Sea and received the Russians' position regarding the 'energy truce' and the future regime of silence. However, Russia has set a condition - the lifting of sanctions by the European Union. Rubio considers the discussions about a ceasefire a positive signal, and the final decision will be made after agreeing with U.S. President Donald Trump.
