At the beginning of April, Russian terrorists decided to shell the city of Zaporizhzhia, resulting in the death of one person. This information was reported by the Zaporizhzhia Regional Administration.

Leader of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Administration Ivan Fedorov stated that the Russians attacked the peaceful infrastructure of the region using drones. This attack resulted in the death of one person in the border community of Zaporizhzhia region.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky commented on the absence of a nighttime attack from March 31 to April 1. According to the head of state, possible reasons could be weather conditions or the fact that Ukraine relayed information about Russian violations of the energy truce to the American side.

It should be noted that according to monitoring data, Russia did not carry out any drone strikes on Ukraine during the night of March 31 to April 1. The last Time before that, Russian drones attacked on March 14, and even earlier on October 14, 2024.

Andriy Kovalenko, who heads the Center for Countering Disinformation, commented on the situation, stating that no drone attacks were recorded. This data needs to be investigated.

Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov transmitted necessary information to the United States regarding Russia's violations of the energy agreement. According to him, Russian drones attacked energy facilities, leading to power outages in certain parts of the city.

According to President Zelensky, Russia does not cease attacks only due to its stance, not allowing an unconditional cessation of shelling proposed by the United States.
