On the night of July 3, the Russian occupying army launched an attack on Odesa using drones. The attack caused destruction and a fire in a residential building. This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional Administration, Oleg Kiper.
According to Kiper, the drone attack resulted in damage to civil infrastructure, including residential buildings. Information about casualties is being clarified, and all services are currently working to eliminate the aftermath.
Fire and Victims
Local Telegram channels report that a drone crashed directly into a building, where videos of this moment are being published. Soon, a strong fire broke out; witnesses reported that a girl was screaming from a burning balcony.
Missile Strike on Sumy
In early June, Russian forces launched a missile strike on the city of Sumy, resulting in six fatalities. Ukrainian intelligence has identified the Russian military personnel involved in this attack. Enemy artillery fire positions were discovered in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation.
Again, Odesa and Sumy fell victim to Russian aggression, which reaffirmed the existence of a military-political conflict between Ukraine and Russia.
