Russia destroyed the building of the Kherson Regional State Administration with a repeated strike: Umierov declared systematic terror and genocide.

The Russian occupiers completely destroyed the building of the Kherson Regional State Administration after a repeated strike on the city center. Photographs from the scene show extensive destruction: strikes destroyed half of the facade across the entire height of the building, a significant part of the rear outer wall, and all the floors' ceilings.
This is already the second strike in one day. On Thursday morning, Russian forces first shelled the city center of Kherson with guided aerial bombs, resulting in damage to the administration building. Defense Minister Rustem Umierov stated that Russia attacked Ukraine with 103 kamikaze drones and a ballistic missile. Attacks have also been recorded in other regions of the country.
The Russian occupiers continue aggressive actions on Ukrainian territory, destroying important objects and causing damage to cities. The repeated strikes against the Kherson Regional State Administration indicate systematic terror and hostility from Russia, which requires a response and international support.
Ukraine continues to defend its territorial integrity and fight against Russian aggression, which is becoming increasingly brazen and destructive. The destruction of government properties in the central squares of cities reveals lawlessness and an attempt to intimidate the Ukrainian population. This only demands increased international pressure on Moscow to stop aggression and violations of international law.
