Russia attacked Ukraine at night with an anti-ship missile and 49 drones: there are hits.


On the night of June 8, Russian terrorists launched attacks on Ukraine using 49 Shahed unmanned aerial vehicles and imitation drones. This was reported by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, citing Glavkom.
The drone attack was carried out from various directions, including Kursk, Millerovo, and Primorsk-Akhtarsk.
The enemies also used the 'Onyx' anti-ship missile, as well as two guided aviation missiles Kh-59/69. Serious damage was inflicted on Kharkiv and Donetsk regions.
Repulsion by the Ukrainian Armed Forces
The Ukrainian Armed Forces utilized aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, unmanned systems, and mobile fire groups to repel enemy attacks.
Currently, the 1201st day of the war is ongoing. As a result of enemy attacks, the Ukrainian military repelled 193 assaults, managing to hold their positions and inflict significant losses on the enemy. During this period, the enemy launched 3 missile strikes, 92 air bombings, fired 6035 shells, of which 89 were from multiple rocket systems, and used 3066 kamikaze drones.
The Ukrainian military continues to participate in the fight against Russian terrorists, their proxies, and occupiers, defending the country's territory and ensuring its security.
