PrivatBank blocks access to credit limits for Ukrainians: what's the reason.


PrivatBank blocks access to credit limits without explanation, unfortunately, similar complaints have appeared on the portal Minfin.
One client shared his negative experience with the bank, reporting that his "Universal" card was blocked without prior notice or explanations.
When I contacted the bank, they told me that to restore access to the card, I need to pay off the debt. But I have no debts to the bank
According to the client, he fulfilled all the bank's conditions, but the credit limit remained blocked. He contacted the bank and filed a complaint, but received no response.
PrivatBank apologized for the inconvenience and promised to resolve the situation.
A credit limit is the maximum amount a client can get from the bank. The "Universal" card allows you to use both your funds and borrowed money worldwide. The upper credit limit on this card is 200,000 hryvnias.
PrivatBank also announced a cashback virtual card in Privat24.
