Podolyak noted that a year ago in Moscow or St. Petersburg no one talked about war. According to him, Russians didn't care what the dictator Vladimir Putin did. However, strikes on the territory of the Russian Federation changed that.

As soon as you start delivering more and more strikes, then talks begin about how scary, frightening, unknown, whether to go to work, or take children to kindergarten, or go to school, etc. Then the moods are already completely different. And this is Russia. Russians are quite aggressive. But at some point, Russians will say - wait. And they will realize their fear through rebellion," emphasized Mykhailo Podolyak.

It is worth reminding that Russia is afraid that the West will allow Ukraine to use long-range weapons, so it is making significant efforts to prevent this. This is mentioned in a report by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW).
