Odesa under drone attack: hits to a high-rise building.


On the night of July 3, Russian occupiers launched an attack on Odesa, striking residential buildings and causing serious material damage. The city's mayor, Hennadiy Trukhanov, reported that one of the damaged high-rise buildings requires significant repairs following the attack. A special operational headquarters has already begun assessing the consequences and taking necessary measures.
'Rescuers evacuated 50 residents, including 10 individuals, 2 of whom were children, rescued with the help of special equipment. Unfortunately, there are four injured.'
According to the State Emergency Service, as a result of the attack, a 9-story building was damaged, where a fire broke out on the upper floors. Psychologists are working at the rescue site, and a Resilience Point of the State Emergency Service has been established. Efforts to eliminate the consequences and establish the causes of the incident are ongoing.
Attempts to recover after the attack
The Russian occupiers attacked Odesa with drones, causing serious damage to residential buildings and leaving casualties. Those working on-site have already begun recovery efforts and are investigating the circumstances of this attack.
As a result of the occupiers' attack, Odesa suffered significant losses, residential buildings were damaged, 50 residents were evacuated, and four people were injured. Rescuers and emergency services are currently working on-site to restore the damaged area and clarify the reasons for this attack.
