Gardeners are taught that pruning plants is an important step on the way to beautiful flowering beds. However, there are plants that do not like this procedure. It turns out that angelonia can become weak from pruning, and purple foxglove may lose its strength for the next flowering season. Echinacea and hydrangeas also require a careful approach to pruning, otherwise, you risk losing these wonderful plants. Therefore, pruning plants can be beneficial for many, but there are species that are better left without this procedure to preserve their beauty and strength for future years.
