A tragic incident occurred in Hangzhou, China - footballer Aaron Bupendza died after falling from the 11th floor. French media report this, citing local police.

Bupendza, who was 28 years old, played for the club 'Zhejiang Professional'.

According to media reports, the police are considering three versions of the cause of the fall - suicide, accidental fall, and murder.

It is worth noting that his brother was in the apartment during the incident. There are suggestions that a quarrel between them occurred, leading to Bupendza's death.

Previously, he played for several clubs, including 'Munan', 'Bordeaux', 'Gazelek', 'Pau', 'Tours', 'Feirense' (Portugal), 'Hatayspor' (where he became the top scorer of the Turkish championship in 2021), 'Al-Arabi' (Doha), 'Al-Shabab', 'Cincinnati', 'Rapid' (Bucharest).

From 2016 to 2023, Bupendza played for the Gabon national team. He participated in the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations.
