According to 'Glavkom', explosions were reported in Lipetsk, Rostov, Kursk, Ryazan, and Voronezh regions. Drones are actively attacking Lipetsk - three potential targets have been identified there.
The fact that the strikes are aimed at the 'Lipetsk-2' airbase, the 'NLMK' metallurgical plant, and BK warehouses cannot be ignored.
