The Short Film 'Stone, Paper, Scissors' Receives the Prestigious BAFTA Award
The film by Franz Biome, which tells the story of the beginning of the war in Ukraine, was awarded the prestigious BAFTA in the category of 'Best Short Film.' This was reported by the National Union of Cinematographers of Ukraine.
The film is about 18-year-old Ivan, who, together with his parents, provides aid to the wounded during the Russian invasion. To protect his family, Ivan goes to the battlefield.
Starring Ukrainian actors Oleksandr Rudynskyi, Serhii Kalantai, Yurii Radiionov, and Oleksandr Yatsenko.
The film was directed by Franz Biome, with cinematography by Syen Yu Niu. The film was first shown at the Show Me Shorts film festival, and it received the BAFTA award for its impressive execution.
