ISW: The Kremlin has changed its information tactics.

Russian officials are intensifying information attacks to divide Ukraine and its Western allies, while also threatening further escalation of hostilities. This was reported by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), citing 'Glavkom'.
The analysts' report notes that 'Russian officials are also trying rhetorically to split Ukraine from its Western partners and advocate for the escalation of Russian strike tactics in Ukraine as part of broader efforts to intimidate the West into weakening its support for Ukraine.'
New threats from Russia
According to The Wall Street Journal, assistant to dictator Putin and head of the Russian negotiating group Vladimir Medinsky claims that 'it is impossible to wage a prolonged war against Russia' and emphasized that 'Russia always wins in prolonged conflicts,' referring to the war with Sweden in the 18th century.
Medinsky stressed that 'the Russian Federation will respond if Ukraine continues to act in the interests of foreign states.'
Reports of intensified information attacks by Russian officials and threats of further escalation of the conflict in Ukraine indicate ongoing tension in the region and underscore the need to closely monitor the situation's developments.
The message from the Institute for the Study of War indicates growing concerns regarding information attacks and threats from Russia towards Ukraine and its Western partners. The comments from Russian officials only highlight the seriousness of the situation and the need for attention to further events.Read also
