The general explained why the Kremlin uses North Korean 'volunteers'.

The chief general of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, Mykola Malomuzh believes that the Kremlin intends to compensate for problems with manpower on the front by using 'volunteers' from North Korea. The strategic partnership agreement was concluded by Russia with North Korea this summer, which includes the military sphere. Malomuzh emphasized that the tension between South and North Korea is growing. According to him, Russia has prepared several thousand people from North Korea who already work in Russia with missile systems and other firearms. Malomuzh also noted that volunteers from the DPRK are also being formed for use at the front. He believes that such soldiers are ineffective and their mass mobilization will lead to large losses.
