The government has made changes to the conditions for granting deferral from mobilization for teaching staff. Now, if teachers work at 0.75 rate or higher, they will be protected from conscription during vacations, which is a new lenient condition for them.
The Ministry of Education and Science reports that the government has extended the duration of deferrals for teaching staff, providing them stability and protection throughout the entire year.
Preservation of the Educational System's Human Resources
This decision made by the government aims to preserve the human resources of Ukraine's educational system during martial law. Additionally, the new mobilization rules broaden the group of individuals who can be called to military service, including Ukrainians over 50 years old on general grounds.
The new restrictions and rules create new conditions for the mobilization of citizens and ensure greater transparency in the process of conscription into military service.
