CIA Reviews Assessment of COVID-19 Origin.

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has changed its position on the origin of COVID-19 and is now leaning towards the theory of a laboratory leak. This was reported by The New York Times, citing a new report from the intelligence agency.
According to the report, the change in position is based on 'an existing body of data,' although there is a possibility that the virus still has a natural origin, according to a CIA representative.
The new assessment is made with 'low confidence,' which means that intelligence has faced fragmentary and incomplete data. However, this new conclusion was not made based on new intelligence information, but is a result of analyzing the same data that has been analyzed over the past few months.
The analysis is partially based on a detailed examination of conditions in high-security laboratories in Hubei province prior to the outbreak of the pandemic.
The new CIA Director John Ratcliffe has long supported the hypothesis of the virus leaking from a laboratory. He stated to Breitbart News that he no longer wishes for the agency to avoid participation in discussions regarding the origin of the COVID-19 pandemic.
High-ranking intelligence officials note that there are a significant number of logical arguments both in favor of the laboratory leak theory and in favor of the natural origin of the virus, but there is still no decisive evidence for either of these theories.
