Queues at military commissariats and disability issues: the Ministry of Defense responded when the deferral service in Reserve+ will start working.

The Ministry of Defense team has developed an online booking system, but the automatic extension of deferrals in the Reserve+ system is not operational.
Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko reported this in comments under her post on Facebook.
Currently, it is possible to get a deferral from mobilization online. However, the Ministry of Defense cannot yet say when the automatic extension of deferrals will start working for groups of people who need this, such as students, teachers, people with disabilities, and parents with large families.
Teachers and educators still have to stand in queues at military commissariats and bring paper certificates from work, despite this information being available in the state database, as it is for students.
These deferrals are one of our priorities. We are setting up interaction between registries so that they appear faster in the application - said Kateryna Chernogorenko.
Deferrals need to be extended every three months until the end of the period of martial law according to the legislation. The Ministry of Defense plans to simplify the procedure for obtaining deferrals.
The issue of disability has also been noted. A case was noted of a teenager who confirmed a severe form of disability abroad but cannot update documents in Ukraine due to a lack of information in the 'Reserve+' system.
We are pushing deferrals for students, large families, and people with disabilities this fall. However, developers are also working hard on other areas - stated Kateryna Chernogorenko.
The Ministry of Defense is developing an innovative update to the Army+ program.
