The rectorial team and students of the University of Culture celebrated the 28th anniversary of Mykhailo Poplavskyi's rectorship.
Students presented Mykhailo Poplavskyi with a film 'Be the Director of Your Life!', which compiled his thoughts from archival interviews over 30 years of rectorship.
