10 billion euros — key results of the URC 2025 conference.


Ukraine will receive excellent air defense systems and additional resources for the reconstruction of destroyed cities thanks to the results of the International Conference in Rome.
The International Conference on the Recovery of Ukraine URC 2025 has concluded in Rome, attended by over 6,000 participants from 70 countries and representatives of 43 international organizations. The main topics of discussion were plans for the reconstruction of Ukraine, enhancing security, and economic stability.
What was agreed at the conference in Rome
One of the key issues at the conference was the enhancement of Ukraine's air defense and increasing the production of domestic interceptor drones. Agreements were made for the procurement of Patriot systems from countries such as Germany and Norway. Memoranda were also signed for financial assistance for the reconstruction of devastated cities totaling over 10 billion euros, including an announcement from the European Union of a support package worth 2.3 billion euros.
As a result of the conference, Ukraine received support and resources to enhance its security and reconstruction efforts. This is an important step towards improving the situation in the country after the conflict.
