“There will never be anyone like him”. Madonna announced the death of her brother.

At the age of 63, the artist, dancer, designer, and Madonna's younger brother Christopher Ciccone passed away. Associated Press reports this.
Ciccone died on Friday, October 4, in Michigan, noted family representative Brad Taylor.
Madonna posted joint photos with her brother on Instagram and a touching post describing their complicated but strong connection.
She recalled their common passion for dancing in childhood, which became a way of self-expression for both of them. Ciccone openly lived as a gay man in a conservative environment.
Ciccone was closely associated with his sister's successes in show business in the 1980s. He appeared in her videos such as Lucky Star and was the art director of her Blond Ambition World Tour and tour director for The Girlie Show.
In 2008, he published an autobiography "Life with My Sister Madonna", where he described their complex relationships and years of cooperation. Christopher Ciccone also worked as an interior designer, creating projects for Madonna's homes in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles.

Madonna wrote: "I am glad he no longer suffers. There will never be anyone like him. I know he is dancing somewhere."
In recent years, Ciccone moved to Michigan to be closer to family. He was married to British actor Ray Thacker, who was with him until the very end.
